Tangio's TPE-520 Force Sensing Potentiometer (FSP) is a low cost, high-feature sensor for intuitive control and navigation. It functions simultaneously as both a single finger position and variable force sensor. The TPE-520 is easy to integrate, high resolution, low-power, and ideal for a wide range of applications & markets. Interfacing is simple via a host processor without the need for a dedicated MCU.
 
The TPE-520 is the long sensing zone version of our standard force sensing potentiometer. The sensing zone is 20mm wide and 109mm long.
 
Tangio offers a full custom design service enabling customers to create their own unique FSP, defining key parameters such as device footprint, cover material, interconnect and illumination options.
